AI Automation Specialist – Sales Automation System

We're looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist to build a sales automation system for a client project. This isn't a beginner gig. You should have real, hands-on experience designing and deploying sales automation, not just theoretical knowledge of the tools. What we need: You understand how modern sales processes actually work, from lead capture to follow-up to close, and you know how to translate that into automated workflows. You've built systems before that handle lead routing, CRM updates, follow-up sequences, and appointment booking without manual intervention. You're comfortable working with tools like n8n, Make.com, GoHighLevel, Zapier, or similar platforms, along with CRMs, calendar tools, and communication APIs (SMS, email, WhatsApp, voice). Examples of what we'd be building could include: - Automated lead qualification that scores and routes leads the moment they come in - A follow-up sequence that nurtures leads across email, SMS, and WhatsApp based on their behavior - A booking system that syncs with calendars and sends automated reminders to reduce no-shows - A pipeline automation that updates CRM stages automatically as deals progress - An AI-powered outreach system that personalizes messages at scale without sounding robotic - A missed-call or no-response follow-up flow that re-engages leads automatically Budget: $2000 for this project, open to discussion depending on scope once we align on requirements.
