Guesty, PriceLabs & Direct Booking Website Setup

Looking for a short-term rental operations specialist to set up my full booking tech stack. Scope: create and optimize listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Agoda; configure Guesty as our channel manager/PMS, including channel connections and per-channel markup or markdown pricing rules; integrate PriceLabs for dynamic pricing synced across all channels; and set up a direct booking website (Guesty Booking Engine, Guesty Websites, or a custom build) with its own payment gateway. Prior hands-on experience with Guesty and PriceLabs specifically is strongly preferred. Please describe your relevant experience with this exact stack in your proposal.
