Add SEO Content in WordPress

I have the written copy for the last few pages of my WordPress site—between one and five service-oriented pages—and I simply need someone to drop it in, format it cleanly, and make sure every on-page SEO element is in place... (Budget: $2 - $8 USD, Jobs: WordPress, WordPress Design)
