AI Agent Builder

We're looking for a hands-on builder who can design, develop, and deploy AI agents that automate real business workflows — from research and data processing to multi-step task execution. You should have practical experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar), agent frameworks or orchestration patterns (tool use, MCP, function calling, RAG), and the engineering chops to ship reliable, production-ready systems — not just demos. You'll work directly with leadership to identify high-leverage automation opportunities across our portfolio, prototype quickly, and iterate based on real usage. Bonus points for experience with workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, Replit), prompt engineering at scale, or building internal AI tooling for operations teams. If you've built agents that actually do work — show us, and tell us what broke and how you fixed it.
