AI Video Workflow Specialist. Script to Finished YouTube Video

We run several documentary-style, presenter-led YouTube channels and want one automated pipeline that turns a finished script into a fully packaged, upload-ready YouTube video. You build the workflow; the script is the only input we feed in. From a single script, the pipeline should produce: - Voiceover (ElevenLabs or MiniMax) with word-level timestamps - An on-camera presenter (HeyGen talking-head avatar), lip-synced to the voiceover - AI-generated b roll (still images animated into clips, with transitions generated inside the clips) - A finished, branded 1080p cut (FFmpeg or Remotion) - Title options, description, tags, hashtags, and a thumbnail - Upload to YouTube as a private draft, or export to a folder Make.com preferred, n8n fine if it's your strength. AI generation runs through hosted gateways (KIE, Replicate, fal), so server cost stays low; the only self-hosted piece is the assembly step.
