AI Voice Agent Developer Needed – Vapi, Twilio & GoHighLevel (UK Trade Business Project)

You'll be building one integrated AI voice system (or 3 connected AI agents, your call on architecture) that covers three critical scenarios for UK trade businesses: 1. Outbound Speed-to-Lead New lead comes in (website form, ad, etc.) → AI calls them within 60 seconds AI qualifies the lead (job type, urgency, location, budget) Books the appointment directly into GoHighLevel calendar Logs outcome and updates CRM/pipeline stage 2. Inbound Answer Homeowner calls the business number → AI answers immediately (no rings, no hold) Qualifies the caller using the same criteria Books directly into GHL calendar Transfers to a human if needed (e.g. complex query, emergency) 3. Missed-Call Rescue If a call goes unanswered (by human or AI) or the lead doesn't pick up on outbound attempts: AI retries the call (e.g. after a few minutes) Simultaneously fires off an SMS to re-engage the lead (via GHL) SMS includes booking link or callback offer Updates GHL workflow/pipeline accordingly Important: These three scenarios need to work together seamlessly — a lead should never fall through the cracks between outbound, inbound, and rescue logic. Please explain in your proposal how you'd architect this (one unified system vs. three separate but connected agents).
