Seeking a developer to create a basic automation for our Illinois preforeclosure lead process. The role involves setting up a system to automatically send emails to leads and track responses. Experience with real estate or similar industries is a plus. Start with a simple version first: TJSC → Equity Check → Google Sheet I need a developer to build a basic automation for my Illinois preforeclosure lead process. Workflow: 1. Go to TJSC.com 2. Pull Illinois foreclosure sale records 3. Filter for properties with foreclosure sale dates within the next 30 days 4. Extract: - Owner name - Property address - County - Sale date - Case number 5. Run each property address through a property data API to estimate: - Property value - Mortgage balance - Estimated equity 6. Only keep leads where estimated equity is greater than $100,000 7. Push qualified leads into my Google Sheet tracker with: - Owner name - Property address - County - Sale date - Days until sale - Estimated value - Estimated mortgage balance - Estimated equity - Status: Qualified Tech preference: - Python or Node.js - Playwright or Selenium - Google Sheets API - Property data API Deliverable: A working script or automation I can run daily.
