AWS Domain Redirect & GSC Fixes -- 2

I need my existing AWS–hosted domain to issue a clean 301 permanent redirect to a new URL. I already have full access to the AWS Management Console, so you will be able to configure Route 53 (or the alternative AWS service you prefer) without delay...
