Build Production-Ready Memorial Management Platform (Admin Portal, Family Portal, Billing & Kiosk)

Living Echoes Biography Centers is seeking an experienced full-stack developer or development team to build a production-ready memorial management platform.   This is not a website project. Living Echoes requires a custom SaaS-style memorial management platform consisting of a public website, administrative dashboard, private family portal, subscription billing system, media management system, and kiosk viewing application. We are seeking experienced full-stack developers who have successfully delivered production web applications with similar complexity.   The project includes:   • Public-facing website • Administrator dashboard • Family member portal • Memorial management system • Photo and video uploads • Subscription and recurring billing management • Package and upgrade controls • Kiosk viewing interface • Mobile, desktop, and tablet responsiveness • Secure authentication and role-based permissions • Cloud storage and automated backups   The platform must also include a kiosk viewing experience for use within Living Echoes memorial centers. Visitors should be able to search for and view approved memorial profiles, biographies, photos, and videos through a simplified, touch-friendly interface. The kiosk should automatically return to the home screen after a period of inactivity.   The system must initially support 400+ memorial profiles and be architected for future expansion across multiple locations and thousands of records.   The selected developer should design the application with scalability in mind. While the initial launch is expected to support approximately 400 memorial profiles, the platform must be capable of expanding to multiple memorial center locations and thousands of memorial records without requiring a complete redesign.   This is a custom web application and not a simple website project. Applicants should have experience building database-driven platforms with user authentication, role-based permissions, media management, recurring billing, administrative dashboards, and customer portals.   Required Experience   Applicants must have experience building production web applications that include:   • Role-based user authentication • Administrative dashboards • Customer/member portals • Subscription billing and recurring payments • File and media management • Relational database design • API integrations • Cloud hosting and deployment   Proposal Requirements   Please include the following in your proposal:   • Links to similar applications you have developed • Your role in each project • Recommended technology stack • Estimated development timeline • Suggested hosting environment • Experience with subscription billing systems (Stripe or similar) • Experience with video and media management   Please provide examples of similar applications you have personally developed and describe your role in each project.   Preference will be given to developers who can demonstrate successful delivery of production SaaS platforms, membership portals, management systems, or other database-driven business applications of similar complexity.   Important: Applicants whose experience is primarily limited to brochure websites, landing pages, WordPress site customization, or website builders such as Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify may not be a good fit for this project. We are specifically seeking developers with experience building secure, database-driven business applications and customer portal systems.
