Create five quick one-page websites using React and Tailwind CSS

Must be completed, tested, and deployed before June 19. I can provide ChatGPT reference project if desired. The site is very simple supporting 5-6 "functions". Example function: Draw text with a semi-transparent background overtop of a static image (jpg or png) or an mp4 video. The site should take URL parameters for the text to be displayed; the location of the video file; X,Y starting position of the text; justification; font attribs (font, size, color); background color; and transparency should be variables set inside the code. The site should be responsive filling the entire screen regardless of resolution or orientation.
