Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer Needed to Clean and Prepare CSV Dataset

I'm looking for an experienced Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer to clean and prepare a CSV dataset for analysis and machine learning. The ideal freelancer should be able to: * Clean missing, duplicate, and inconsistent data. * Handle outliers and formatting issues. * Standardize data types and column values. * Perform basic exploratory checks to ensure data quality. * Deliver a clean, well-structured CSV along with a brief summary of the changes made. Please include your experience with Python (Pandas), data preprocessing, and similar data-cleaning projects in your proposal. If you've worked on machine learning datasets before, that's a plus.
