Full Stack Developer (Long-term, Startup Operator Mindset)

Summary I’m looking for a Full Stack Developer who thinks like an operator, not just a coder. This is a long-term role working directly with the founder on real products, internal tools, automations, and growth experiments. You’ll be involved in: • Building MVPs & internal tools • Improving existing systems • Thinking through product + business logic • Occasionally helping with ops, automation, or growth tasks This is NOT a “just follow tickets” role. I want someone who: • Thinks critically • Asks good questions • Can work independently • Wants to grow into a senior / leadership role Skills required: • JavaScript / TypeScript • React / Next.js • Node.js / APIs • Databases (Postgres, Firebase, etc.) • Basic DevOps / deployments • Automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs): • Marketing or growth experience • Startup or side-project experience • Entrepreneurial mindset Requirements: • Strong English • Reliable internet • Available overlap with US time zones • Long-term mindset All applicants are expected to provide a ~1 minute introduction video, answering the following questions: - Why does this role interest you? - What experience do you have that applies to this role?
