Need an AI Receptionist That Can Answer Calls, Book Appointments & Qualify Leads

We're looking for an experienced AI Voice Receptionist developer to build an AI phone receptionist for our growing dental practice. Our front desk receives a high volume of calls every day, and we want an AI receptionist that can answer calls professionally, provide basic information to patients, book appointments, qualify new patients, and transfer urgent calls to a member of our team when necessary. The goal is to reduce missed calls, improve the patient experience, and automate repetitive front desk tasks while keeping conversations natural and human. ### Responsibilities • Build an AI voice receptionist for inbound patient calls • Design natural conversation flows that sound professional and friendly • Answer common questions such as office hours, services, insurance, and location • Schedule new appointments and reschedule existing ones • Handle cancellations • Qualify new patients before booking appointments • Transfer emergency or complex calls to a live receptionist • Update patient information in our CRM • Connect with Google Calendar for appointment scheduling • Configure API integrations and workflow automations where needed • Test the complete system before deployment ### Preferred Experience We're looking for someone who has experience building production ready AI voice systems using tools such as: • Retell AI • Vapi • Twilio • GoHighLevel • n8n or Make.com • OpenAI API • Python • REST APIs and Webhooks Experience building AI receptionists for healthcare, dental, medical, or appointment based businesses is a big plus. ### Deliverables • Fully functional AI voice receptionist • Natural and reliable conversation flow • Appointment booking integration • CRM integration • Calendar integration • Complete testing before delivery • Documentation explaining how the system works When applying, please include examples of similar AI receptionist or AI voice agent projects you've completed.
