Redesign LMS with Elementor AI

I am looking to hire an experienced WordPress developer to help redesign and enhance my WordPress-hosted LearnDash LMS website, MyCTRegistryReview.com. The site provides CT registry review courses, mock exams, and study resources, so the biggest priority is that all existing LMS functionality remains fully intact throughout the redesign, including LearnDash courses, quizzes, user progress, memberships/access rules, certificates, payments, and the student experience. The project has two main goals. First, I need the website redesigned and modernized using Elementor/Elementor AI while preserving the current functionality and improving the overall look, layout, mobile responsiveness, and user experience. Second, I am looking to build and integrate an OpenAI-powered AI tutor into the LearnDash course experience. This assistant should be securely embedded into the site, answer student questions using our CT registry review course content, and eventually provide adaptive study recommendations based on LearnDash progress, quiz performance, and weak topic areas. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with WordPress, Elementor, LearnDash, LMS/membership-based websites, custom plugin development, API integrations, and OpenAI or similar AI tools. This project requires someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working on a staging site, and able to update the site design without breaking existing course functionality. Experience with LearnDash hooks, WordPress REST API, secure API key handling, and AI/chatbot integrations would be a major plus.
