Senior AI Automation & Voice AI Implementation Specialist (GoHighLevel, n8n, APIs, CRM)

We are looking for a senior technical implementation specialist to become a long-term member of our AI automation agency. This is not a typical VA role. We need someone who can independently scope, architect, build, QA, and deploy client solutions with minimal handholding. Our clients are primarily home service businesses, and common solutions include: AI Voice Receptionists / After-Hours Call Answering AI Appointment Booking Lead Qualification & Intelligent Call Routing CRM Automations (GoHighLevel) SMS & Email Drip Campaigns Past Customer Reactivation Campaigns Website Integrations Calendar & Scheduling Systems AI Workflows & Business Process Automation API Integrations Custom AI Agents & Internal Automations Responsibilities Join client discovery and technical implementation calls when needed. Translate business requirements into technical implementation plans. Recommend the best architecture for each client. Build, test, and deploy solutions. Configure GoHighLevel, Voice AI platforms, workflows, calendars, CRM automations, forms, pipelines, and integrations. Integrate third-party tools using APIs and webhooks. Troubleshoot implementation issues independently. Document builds and create repeatable SOPs. Provide implementation timelines and technical recommendations. Support QA, revisions, and post-launch optimization. Required Skills Expert GoHighLevel Voice AI (Thinkrr, Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs, Bland, Synthflow, etc.) n8n or Make.com Zapier API integrations Webhooks CRM architecture AI workflow design Prompt engineering Calendar integrations Email/SMS automation Basic HTML/CSS DNS, domains, email routing Technical troubleshooting Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Thinks like a solutions architect—not just a task completer. Can ask intelligent discovery questions before building. Can independently determine the best technical approach. Has excellent spoken English and is comfortable speaking with clients. Can explain technical concepts in simple business language. Takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions. Can manage multiple implementations simultaneously. Is process-oriented and documents everything they build. You need step-by-step instructions for every task. You only know one platform. You're uncomfortable on live client calls. You're primarily an admin VA rather than a technical implementer. Engagement We're looking for a long-term partner who can become our lead implementation specialist as we scale. When applying, please include: Three AI automation projects you've personally built.
