Job Overview Type: Part-Time (10–15 hours/week), Long-term ongoing Rate: $40.00 / hour (Paid weekly) Timezone Requirement: Must be fully available during US working hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST or PST) Location: Remote We run a fast-growing, US-based web development agency and are looking for a unique professional who bridges the gap between deep technical web development and excellent client-facing communication. This is a part-time, long-term role where you will interact directly with our clients, translate complex technical jargon into plain English, and ensure project requirements are seamlessly handed off to our backend production team. What You Will Do - Client Interface: Join client consulting and strategy calls via Zoom or Google Meet. - Technical Translation: Answer client questions regarding front-end and basic back-end web projects (HTML/CSS/JS, site architecture, CMS platforms, etc.) in a clear, non-technical manner. - Requirements Gathering: Take meticulous notes on client needs during calls and translate them into actionable technical briefs for our development team. - Visual Explanations: Occasionally prepare simple diagrams or brief written summaries to clarify technical workflows or concepts for clients. Required Qualifications - English Proficiency: Native or bilingual fluency (C2 level) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Web Development Literacy: Solid, working knowledge of front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a strong conceptual grasp of databases, hosting, and API integrations. (You don't need to be coding 8 hours a day, but you must thoroughly understand how the tech works). - Professional Presence: Comfortable speaking on camera during client-facing meetings. Infrastructure: A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace. How to Apply: To be considered, please reply with the following information: 1.
