Website Development for an Australian Mortgage Broking Business

We are looking for a talented and experienced Website Developer to bring a specific website design vision to life. We already have the core design concept/mockups in mind, and we need a skilled developer to handle the technical implementation, ensuring the site is responsive, fast, and user-friendly. Our Marketer has developed the website mock up and so this will be quite easy to follow and work alongside as everything is prepared. This is a one-time, contract-based project. Upon successful completion, there may be future opportunities for ad-hoc maintenance or updates. Key Responsibilities Development: Translate our design concepts/wireframes into a fully functional, high-performing website. Responsiveness: Ensure the website looks and functions perfectly across all devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile). Performance Optimisation: Optimise the site for fast loading speeds and implement basic SEO best practices. Testing & Launch: Conduct thorough cross-browser testing to ensure a bug-free launch, and handle the final deployment to our hosting/domain. Handover: Provide a brief walkthrough or documentation so our team can easily make basic content updates in the future. On-Call Troubleshooting: Act as our technical point of contact post-launch. If a bug, broken link, or system error occurs that our internal team cannot fix, we can call on you to jump in and troubleshoot (will be paid hourly) Required Skills & Qualifications Platform Expertise: Proven experience building high-quality websites specifically using GoHighLevel, Framer, or Webflow (please specify your preferred platform in your application). Design Translation: Strong ability to take an existing visual design/mockup and replicate it with pixel-perfect accuracy in the platform. Technical Savvy: Understanding of custom code injection (HTML/CSS/JS) within these platforms when necessary to achieve specific design goals. Integration Knowledge: Ability to set up forms, workflows, or client workflows (especially relevant if building in GoHighLevel). Portfolio: A strong portfolio of live websites built on one or more of these specific platforms. Timeline, Budget & Hours Timeline: 2–4 weeks from kickoff. We prioritise quality and are willing to extend the deadline if necessary to get it right. Budget: $Negotiable (Fixed Price). Hours: Flexible daily schedule, but you must be available for communication and scheduled meetings between Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sydney Time).
