Windows VPS 2016 data center Port & DNS Setup for wow private server

I’m running a Contabo VPS on Windows Server 2016 and want it reachable from the outside for two purposes at once: the World of Warcraft repack (game ports) and the accompanying website (HTTP/HTTPS). Contabo is also my domain registrar, so all DNS changes will be made inside their customer panel...
