AI Agent Developer — Automated Price-Quote Generation

I need a developer to build an AI agent that generates price quotes automatically. What it should do: Take a customer request as input (from a web form, a message, or pasted text). Read the request in natural language and identify the service, quantity, and conditions. If a key detail is missing, it should ask for it. Apply a configurable set of pricing rules (labor rates, material prices, margins, discounts). Output a complete quote with line items, prices, and totals in a clean format. Leave the quote ready for manual review before sending (no fully automatic sending). Requirements: Must work correctly with 3 test cases I'll provide. Pricing rules must be easy to update without reprogramming the whole agent. Clean, documented code/configuration so another developer can maintain it later. A short walkthrough (video or document) of how it works and how to adjust pricing rules. Setup: It should run on my own accounts (API key, hosting), not yours. Working terms: Fixed-price, milestone-based payment. Suggested: part at start, part at working demo, remainder on final delivery. I'd like to begin with a small paid test task before the full build.
