*Job Description:* We're looking for an experienced AI Consultant to advise our team on adopting AI agents and automation within our business. This role is consultative, meaning we need guidance and strategy, not just implementation. The ideal candidate has real world experience with multi agent systems, RAG, and Claude, and can help us understand what's possible, what's practical, and how to move forward. *What we need help with:* - Assessing our current workflows and identifying where AI agents or automation could add value - Recommending the right architecture (single agent vs. multi agent systems) for our use case - Advising on RAG implementation for our internal knowledge and data - Guidance on choosing the right LLM (Claude or alternatives) for our needs - Reviewing any AI systems we already have and suggesting improvements - Answering technical questions in plain language so our team can make informed decisions *Requirements:* - Strong, demonstrated experience with multi agent AI systems - Hands on experience with Claude or comparable LLMs - Practical knowledge of RAG architectures - Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a non technical audience - Comfortable working in an advisory capacity (strategy and guidance, not just hands on keyboard development) *How to Apply:* Please share relevant experience or examples of past consultations or projects, and a short note on how you'd approach advising a business new to AI agents.
