AI Automation Expert Needed: Make.com + OpenAI Engine for PDF Invoice Data & SECR Reporting

I am looking for a talented AI Automation Engineer to build a working Minimum Viable Product (MVP) pipeline inside Make.com (formerly Integromat). The system will automate the extraction of energy data from unstructured utility bills and dynamically format it into a UK SECR-compliant output text block.I already have the logic mapped out; I just need a technical expert to build the secure routing and file handling. The Workflow Steps You Will Build: 1. Trigger: Monitor a designated Google Drive folder for newly uploaded utility invoices (PDFs/Images). 2. File Handling: Securely pass the file data/stream directly into OpenAI (using gpt-4o) so that privacy permissions do not block the vision model from reading the file. 3. Data Extraction: Use structured JSON outputs from OpenAI to accurately capture: Supplier Name, Account Holder Name, Billing Period End Date, and Total Energy Consumed (in kWh). 4. Calculations & Logic: * Segregate the data by energy type (Electricity = Scope 2, Gas/Fuel = Scope 1). -- Apply a simple multiplication formula using the standard UK Government Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Conversion Factors to turn kWh into metric tonnes of $CO_2e$. 5. Final Action: Take the final calculated carbon metrics and write them into a pre-formatted, compliance-ready text summary inside a Google Sheet row or a Google Doc template (matching SECR guidelines). Requirements: Proven experience building production-ready workflows in Make.com. Deep understanding of handling files/buffers inside Make.com to pass to the OpenAI/Anthropic APIs. Experience with JSON structure formatting.High attention to detail regarding data accuracy and error handling.
