AI Automation, Web scraping & Opportunity monitoring System

Anvarta Asia Pacific is seeking a freelancer or small technical team to design and build an AI-enabled automation system that can monitor online sources, email newsletters and selected business-development channels, then extract, classify, prioritise and report relevant opportunities for our internal team. The main problem we want to solve is that our staff currently spend significant time manually checking websites, newsletters, government portals, LinkedIn, search engines and other sources for: • Consulting and project opportunities • Grants, tenders, funding programs and procurement notices • Speaking engagements, conferences, awards and events • Relevant jobs, partnerships and business-development leads • Newsletter items and announcements that match our business themes The freelancer should build a reliable automation workflow that collects information from agreed sources, removes duplicates, uses AI to summarise and classify each item, stores the results in a central database or spreadsheet, and produces alerts, reports or dashboards for the team. We are open to the freelancer recommending the most suitable technology stack. This may include Python, Playwright, Selenium, Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, Apify, Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Microsoft Graph API, Gmail API, Google Sheets, Airtable, Power BI, Looker Studio, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, LangChain, vector search, RAG, or other appropriate tools. In simple terms, we need a system that works like an automated research assistant for business opportunities. It should regularly check approved sources, read the content, identify items that are relevant to sustainability, circular economy, regenerative economy, climate, ESG, waste, procurement, grants and related consulting work, then organise those findings in a format our team can act on. The system does not need to be a large enterprise platform at the first stage. A practical minimum viable product is acceptable if it is stable, documented, secure and can be expanded later.
