Experienced Techpack Creator Needed

We are looking for an experienced Technical Apparel Designer with a proven background in premium activewear to develop production-ready tech packs for our first collection. If you believe the scope requires a different budget, please include your fixed-price proposal along with a breakdown of what is included. Our brand is focused on creating luxury activewear that combines exceptional comfort, performance, and sustainability. The garments will be manufactured in Portugal, so we are looking for someone who understands the level of detail required for factory-ready production. This is not an illustration project. We are looking for someone with real experience developing apparel that has gone into commercial production. Initial Collection The first collection will include: Women's High-Waisted Leggings Women's Sports Bra Women's Shorts Men's Shorts Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who has experience developing products for brands similar to: Lululemon Alo Yoga Vuori CSB 437 Gymshark Other premium activewear brands You should have: 5+ years of technical apparel design experience Experience creating production-ready tech packs Strong understanding of garment construction Experience with stretch performance fabrics Knowledge of fit, compression, and pattern development Experience working directly with clothing manufacturers Excellent attention to detail
