Founding Technical Product Lead (Full Stack + AI + SEO)

I’m looking for an AI-native web developer to take over an existing website which is already built and functional. It has: - Fast page speeds - Responsive/mobile support - A working statistics page - Existing design and branding - Existing content - Existing report submission system This is not a project to build a website from scratch. Your job is to continuously improve and expand it. The project is non-profit and exists to document a certain enforcement affecting content creators. Your Responsibilities: Over the course of the project, you will: - Improve SEO - Create SEO-friendly page structures. - Improve internal linking. - Implement schema markup where useful. - Optimize metadata. - Improve crawlability. - Generate and organize topic clusters. - Create dedicated landing pages for important search terms. Publish content: Using AI tools and existing material: - Create new pages. - Improve existing pages. - Organize content. - Link related articles together. You are not expected to research the topic from scratch. Build small features Examples: - Better search - Better filtering - Small dashboard improvements - Better admin experience - UI improvements - Small quality-of-life features Not large rewrites. Requirements: You should: - Be comfortable with Cursor, Claude Code, GPT or similar AI tools. - Be able to work independently. - Be experienced with React / Next.js. - Have good frontend skills. - Understand modern SEO. - Ship quickly. Communication: Very little. No unnecessary meetings. I don’t want to micromanage. Simply: -Work. - Commit changes. - Send a short progress update each day. Deliverables: By the end of the project I expect: - A noticeably improved website. - Better SEO architecture. - More high-quality pages. - Better internal linking. - Better user experience. - Small useful features. - Cleaner code. - Everything deployed.
