Full Stack Developer (Web & CRM) (DayTime Position / Eastern Time)

# Senior Full-Stack Developer (Web, CRM & AI) **Day Translations** is seeking an experienced **Senior Full-Stack Developer** to help build the next generation of our websites, CRM platforms, and AI-powered solutions. You will develop high-performance, scalable web applications, modern CRM systems, and internal tools while ensuring our websites follow SEO best practices and deliver exceptional user experiences. ### Requirements * Strong experience with full-stack web development (frontend and backend) * Experience building and maintaining modern CRM platforms * Strong understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, structured data, indexing, and website performance * Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, Python, .NET, or similar modern technologies * Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and workflow automation * Experience integrating AI technologies, LLMs, AI agents, and automation into web applications * Ability to work independently and solve complex technical challenges * Excellent English communication skills * **Must be available to work U.S. Eastern Time (EST/EDT), including early morning hours, to collaborate closely with our development team in India.** ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the language services, localization, translation, or interpreting industry * Experience building SaaS platforms and enterprise workflow systems * Familiarity with translation management systems (TMS) or language workflows is a strong plus If you enjoy building modern, AI-driven products that are fast, scalable, SEO-friendly, and user-focused, we'd love to hear from you.
