Full-Stack TypeScript Engineer - Next.js + Supabase (Contract, 3–4 months)

Scope: We have a dashboard that is live and running on real client data for one client. The primary task is making it multi-client: building the data architecture, configuration system, and onboarding tooling that lets us onboard new clients without touching the codebase each time. Secondary work includes adding new data sources, improving the daily data pipeline, and building monitoring so we know immediately if anything breaks. Required skills (non-negotiable): - TypeScript (strict mode); no JavaScript-first candidates. - Node.js - they need to be comfortable writing and debugging server-side Node outside of a framework. - Supabase / PostgreSQL - schema design, migrations, writing efficient SQL, and row-level security policies. - Next.js App Router (not merely Pages Router) - our dashboard uses the newer pattern with server components. - GitHub Actions - writing and debugging workflow YAML, managing secrets, cron jobs and manual triggers. - REST API integration - ability to write adapters for external APIs. Must be comfortable reading API docs and mapping responses to internal types. Desirable (optional) - Prior multi-tenant SaaS experience - Familiarity with data pipeline patterns (ETL, incremental sync, idempotent upserts) - Vercel deployment experience We are open to worldwide location but will make prerence those candidates that can meet occassionally in USA CT/ET timezones for check-ins and status meetings.
