Fullstack Engineer with Product Sense & Passion for AI Software Development

Simply put, we're looking for a fullstack engineer who can own app and feature development end to end. We're an AI development firm. We build AI apps, features, and agents for our clients. We use NextJS, GCP, AWS, Supabase, Inngest, Railway, Github, and Linear. We use Codex and Claude Code to build. The main challenge on the job will be taking limited information and guidance on what to build and how to build. Then thereafter QA. We're looking for someone who can own the process end to end and knows what "great" looks like to wow clients. The best candidates will also be deeply interested in, and at the forefront of, AI development practices. The Founder of our firm is an engineer - he knows the ins and outs of the process and can guide overall development architecture, but ultimately the less involved he is the better. Clients are mostly small businesses looking to build AI apps for their businesses. So far builds have included Real Estate underwriting platforms, N8N workflows, Gen AI marketing systems with MCP integratinos, and so on. The firm is productizing its form factors - apps are built for clients and internally so there's ample opportunity to pitch and make your own products.
