Laravel + Vue Developer (Europe Timezone, Long-Term Contract) - 1

I'm running a web project for a client and need a reliable developer to join me long-term. I'm currently handling everything myself and need an extra pair of hands to keep the work steady and on schedule. Stack: Laravel, Vue, MySQL What you'll do: Build and maintain features, write clean and maintainable code, fix bugs, and work with me on the database and API side. You'll be a real part of the project, not just one-off tasks. What I'm looking for: Solid hands-on experience with Laravel and Vue, comfortable with MySQL, and able to work independently once a task is clear. Good written and spoken English is important since we'll communicate often. I'm looking for someone in a European timezone so our working hours overlap well, and someone dependable who can commit for the long term. I know the budget is small, so I don't expect you to work full-time. The task does not require much difficulty, and if you work intensively for a day using tools like Claude or Cursor, 3 to 4 hours is sufficient. With the introduction of AI tools, the development itself is not the issue. However, I really want a quick response to my message. It is frustrating for me if I cannot chat when there are parts that need fixing or things that need to be discussed together. I am also looking for someone with a neat work style who notifies me in advance when starting and finishing a task. This is just the beginning of cooperation, and there will be many opportunities for collaboration. Hiring process: Before the long-term contract, I'll ask shortlisted candidates to do a small paid test task. The test pays $10 and should take about an hour. This helps me see your real coding style and how you work before we commit. Budget: $500 per month, ongoing, after the test.
