MERN Developer / Full Stack Developer ( React, Next.js, MongoDB, Node.js ) for ERP validation

I'm looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer or MERN Developer with a strong architecture background to help validate the technical direction of a new ERP platform for my startup. This is an early-stage senior consulting role where I need someone who can brainstorm ideas, challenge assumptions, and recommend the best architecture before development begins. What you'll help with: • Validate the overall ERP architecture • Design a scalable, maintainable, and secure solution • Recommend the best technology stack and architectural patterns • Define high-level system architecture and core modules • Review integration strategy, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure • Identify technical risks and propose improvements • Collaborate on technical planning and long-term product vision Required experience: • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or MERN Developer • Strong expertise with React, Node.js, Next.js, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL • Experience designing enterprise applications, ERP, CRM, SaaS, or other complex business platforms • Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, authentication, databases SQL / PostgreSQL, cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, and scalable system design • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain architectural decisions In future phases, I'll likely need help automating business workflows using Power Platform technologies, particularly Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint, as the ERP solution evolves. Startup, SaaS, MVP, and full-stack experience is a big plus. I'm looking for someone who can become a trusted technical advisor and help us build the right foundation from day one.
