Need to create a Privacy Policy link in the footer of a website

We need to add a Privacy Policy link in the footer.php area of the website - (https://www.rizconsulting.com.au/). The Privacy Page has already been created - so just need to relocate the link so it looks more professional than what has been created previously. See the mockup attached - it's pretty self-explanatory and just needs a bit of styling to make it look right within the website. The website is made with WordPress and built on Finance Hawk theme. The setup also has Visual Composer installed, but thats secondary. The task shouldn't take longer than an hour.
