Next.js + Supabase Developer

I have a working prototype of a business directory site (HEIMISH), built as static HTML/CSS/JS files. I need it converted into a real Next.js + Supabase web app and deployed live. WHAT I HAVE - HTML prototype: homepage, AI chat/search page, login/signup, admin panel, business submission page - Domain on Cloudflare (heimish.app) - Supabase account (empty, no schema yet) - GitHub account - Vercel account - Anthropic (Claude) API key for the chat feature WHAT I NEED 1. Convert the existing pages into Next.js — keep the design and features as they are, this is a conversion, not a redesign 2. Set up Supabase: database schema, auth (login/signup), row-level security 3. Move the AI chat feature to a secure backend route (API key must not be exposed in the browser — right now it's called directly from the HTML) 4. Admin panel working against real Supabase data 5. Deploy: GitHub → Vercel → connect to my Cloudflare domain IMPORTANT - All accounts (GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare) stay under MY ownership. I'll add you as a collaborator, not transfer accounts. - I'm non-technical — please explain things clearly and check with me before big decisions. - Work in small milestones I can review, not one big delivery at the end. MILESTONES 1. Supabase schema reviewed with me 2. Homepage + login/signup working 3. Listings + submission page working 4. AI chat reconnected securely 5. Admin panel working 6. Deployed live on heimish.app
