React Native Full-Stack Developer — Existing App Stabilization + UI Rebuild + Production Readiness

We’re working on a consumer mobile app (React Native + backend APIs) that’s already ~60% built. This is not a from-scratch build — most of the core structure is in place. What we need now is someone who can step in, fix inconsistencies, and bring the app to a stable, usable state. What you’ll be working on: Fixing flow issues across onboarding, profile, and interactions Cleaning up navigation and broken UI states Improving overall user experience and consistency Connecting and validating existing integrations (payments, verification, etc.) Polishing the app so it feels complete and reliable Important: Scope is defined and controlled (not open-ended) UI screens and flow are already designed Backend and infrastructure are already set up This is a short-term, milestone-based engagement Who this is for: Someone who can debug and think through flows, not just write code Comfortable working with existing codebases Can take ownership and move fast without overcomplicating things If you’ve worked on stabilizing or completing partially built apps before, this will be a good fit. In addition to the mobile app, the project also requires creation of a lightweight admin/support dashboard for operational management. This is an important part of the platform and should be considered within the execution scope. The dashboard should support: user management complaint/report handling moderation/admin actions verification review (ID/selfie checks) payment/refund visibility subscription management support/account actions push notification/admin controls basic analytics and operational monitoring The expectation is not just mobile app development, but understanding how a real-world production platform is operated post-launch. Looking for someone comfortable thinking beyond frontend screens and capable of building/administering operational workflows cleanly and practically.
