Senior Next.js + MCP Engineer for AI Telehealth Platform

We’ve already knocked out Phase 1: the Data Platform MVP is DONE. Now we’re moving into the fun part, turning it into a real AI-powered telehealth product. Looking for a senior engineer who can jump in and help us build Phase 2 toward an Oct-Nov 2026 launch. The roadmap is focused on Next.js apps, MCP/AI infrastructure, patient + provider workflows, and production-grade healthcare features. You’ll help build: - Next.js + TypeScript patient/provider portals - MCP servers + AI agent workflows - LLM integrations (OpenAI/Anthropic) - AI patient assistant + provider copilot - Secure healthcare data workflows - APIs, integrations, and backend services - Jira-driven sprints + GitLab workflow (MRs, CI/CD, releases) Stack: - Next.js / React / TypeScript - Node.js - PostgreSQL - MCP - LLM APIs - Cloud infrastructure - GitLab + Jira We’re not looking for someone who just ships UI. Need someone who can own features end-to-end, think through architecture, and move FAST with a small team. Healthcare, HIPAA, FHIR/EHR, AI agents, or SaaS experience is a big plus.
