Senior TypeScript Backend Engineer / Software Architect (Freelance)

I am looking for an experienced **Senior TypeScript Backend Engineer** with strong expertise in **Domain-Driven Design (DDD)** and **Clean Architecture** to help build a modern AI-powered B2B SaaS platform. ## About the Project I am developing a modular SaaS platform focused on compliance and knowledge management. The project is already in development and has an existing TypeScript codebase. The architecture is based on **Clean Architecture principles** and **Domain-Driven Design**. I am looking for an experienced engineering partner who does not only implement features but actively contributes to the evolution of the architecture and the domain model. ## Responsibilities - Design and evolve the backend architecture - Implement complex business workflows and use cases - Model domain concepts using Aggregates, Entities, Value Objects, and Domain Services - Implement application services following Clean Architecture principles - Design and develop robust API interfaces - Define and implement communication patterns between system components - Support architectural decisions and technical reviews - Ensure high-quality software through unit and integration testing - Collaborate closely on architectural improvements and technical decisions ## Required Experience You should have: - Several years of professional experience as a Senior Backend Engineer or Software Architect - Strong expertise in TypeScript backend development - Practical experience applying Domain-Driven Design - Deep understanding of Clean Architecture principles - Experience designing complex business processes and workflows - Experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling - Experience designing and implementing APIs - Strong knowledge of Git and modern CI/CD practices - Experience with Event-Driven Architecture is a plus - Experience with AI applications, LLMs, or agent-based systems is a plus ## What I Am Looking For I am not looking for someone who only implements predefined tasks.
