AI Automation Engineer | Claude Code | n8n | Shopify | Xero | Google Ads

We are an established Australian consumer goods brand looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to help transform how our business operates. We estimate this to be a 3 month project (10–20 hours/week). We’re not trying to automate everything. We want to identify and implement the highest leverage AI systems that will deliver around 80% of the value, while teaching us enough that we can continue building internally after the project finishes. About our business We manufacture and distribute premium alkaline water throughout Australia. What we’d like your help with Rather than building random automations, we want to create an AI operating system that improves the entire business. 1. Revenue Growth We want AI connected to our marketing and sales systems to provide recommendations, not just reports. Executive Decision Support Build an AI assistant that understands our business. Customer Service Help automate repetitive customer support processes. Examples: * Email drafting * FAQ responses * Customer support workflows * Chat automation * Escalation rules 4. Operations Improve operational efficiency. Examples: * Inventory forecasting * Reorder alerts * Logistics reporting * Warehouse reporting * Supplier management 5. Finance Automate repetitive bookkeeping and finance processes where practical.
