automation

What we're building We run a high volume of ad creatives on Meta. Right now our media buyer has to manually watch Ads Manager to catch when a creative starts winning. We want to automate that. The job is simple in scope: build an automation that watches our Meta ad account and, the moment a creative crosses a performance threshold, automatically posts a notification into a dedicated Slack channel. Detect the winner → ping the team in Slack. That's it. How the trigger works A creative gets flagged as a winning ad when it hits a level. Each level is defined by two conditions together: a minimum total spend at a minimum ROAS. As a creative keeps spending profitably, it climbs to higher levels. Example logic (we'll finalize the exact numbers on our side): LevelMin SpendMin ROAS Level 1 $1,000 1.6x Level 2$ 5,000 1.5x Level 3 $20,000 1.4x Level 4 $50,000 1.3x Level 5 $100,000 1.2x (Thresholds above are placeholders to show the structure — we'll hand you the final values. The build must make these easy for us to edit later.) When a creative crosses a level, the automation posts a message to a Slack channel (e.g. #creative) containing: Creative name / ID The level it just reached Key metrics: spend, ROAS, purchases Each creative should alert only once per level no duplicate or repeated pings for the same milestone. Timing can be near-real-time or a regular sync (hourly/daily) tell us what you recommend and why. What you need Hands-on experience with the Meta Marketing API (pulling ad-level insights: spend, purchases, ROAS) Slack API / incoming webhooks for posting clean, formatted messages Ability to build a reliable automation via Make.com / Zapier / n8n, or a lightweight custom script (Python/Node) on a scheduler. Recommend your approach. Deduplication logic so each creative alerts once per level Clear documentation so our team can maintain it and adjust thresholds without you Nice to have Experience with DTC / e-commerce ad accounts Familiarity with high-volume creative testing workflows Deliverables A working, documented automation connected to our Meta + Slack A simple way for us to edit spend/ROAS thresholds ourselves A short Loom walkthrough + handover doc To apply Briefly describe a similar automation you've built (Meta API + Slack, or comparable). Your recommended tech stack for this, plus a rough estimate of hours and timeline. Your rate. See attached exemple of final output
