Bidding functionality in existing application

We have an existing transport platform where customers post vehicle requirements. We need an experienced full-stack developer having experience in AI to build a bidding module that allows transporters to view available jobs, submit/edit bids, and enables customers to compare, accept, or reject bids. The module should include bid management, notifications, and seamless integration with our existing system. Experience with logistics, marketplace, or auction/bidding platforms is preferred.
