We are looking for a Founding AI Systems Architect to help us design and build an intelligent AI platform that functions as an AI Operating System for modern businesses.
This is not a chatbot, prompt engineering, or simple automation project.
We're creating a platform where specialized AI agents collaborate, retrieve knowledge, execute workflows, communicate with external systems, and continuously improve through structured memory and enterprise knowledge.

The system must be modular, scalable, secure, and designed for long-term evolution rather than short-term prototypes.
Core Responsibilities
You will lead the technical architecture and implementation of the platform, including:
Designing Multi-Agent AI architectures using LangGraph or equivalent orchestration frameworks
Building enterprise-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with semantic search and hybrid retrieval
Developing scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous processing
Integrating GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, and future LLM providers through a unified model layer
Implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and function calling
Designing long-term memory, knowledge organization, and AI context management
Building secure APIs, event-driven workflows, and enterprise integrations
Optimizing latency, inference costs, retrieval quality, and AI reliability
Designing observability, evaluation, prompt versioning, and AI governance processes
Collaborating with leadership to define technical strategy and long-term platform direction
