Full-Stack Developer / AI Agent Engineer for Enterprise LLM Platform (Claude, RAG, FastAPI)

We’re a remote product and engineering team building internal AI-powered systems for product operations, knowledge workflows, and execution management. Our team works across Pakistan and other regions, and we’re looking for a strong Full-Stack Developer / AI Agent Engineer to join us on a long-term basis as we build and scale an internal enterprise LLM platform. This is a long-term project for someone who can work across both application development and AI workflow engineering. The platform will support internal teams with product data management, design/project workflows, document retrieval, AI-assisted task execution, and admin control systems. What We’re Building We are building a web-based internal platform with: Admin dashboard and workflow management system Product data and content operations layer AI agents for task execution, summarization, drafting, routing, and internal support RAG-based knowledge retrieval over internal documents, product files, SOPs, and project resources Configurable LLM workflows powered by Claude API Tools for managing prompts, logs, approvals, workflow states, and user actions What You’ll Work On Build and improve the web app, admin panel, and backend architecture Develop AI-powered workflows using Claude API, LangGraph, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration patterns Create backend services and APIs using FastAPI Build document ingestion, retrieval, and internal knowledge workflows Design structured systems for product data, project tasks, prompt management, and workflow execution Implement approval flows, logging, monitoring, and human review steps where needed Help shape architecture, technical decisions, and long-term product direction Core Skills We’re Looking For Strong experience as a full-stack developer Hands-on work with AI agents, LLM workflows, Claude API, or enterprise AI tools Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks Strong understanding of RAG pipelines, vector search, retrieval workflows, and prompt design Backend development with Python and FastAPI Frontend experience with React / Next.js or similar frameworks Experience building admin dashboards, internal tools, workflow platforms, or operations systems Ability to build production-ready systems, not just AI demos Nice to Have Experience with multi-agent AI systems Internal knowledge assistants or document-based AI workflows Product data enrichment/automation systems Integrations with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Drive, or PM systems Experience with observability, evaluation, and reliability for AI workflows Project Fit We’re looking for someone who can think beyond isolated tasks and help build a scalable product. You should be comfortable balancing deterministic software logic with LLM-based workflows and making practical architecture decisions for a real operational platform.
