Full Stack Developer for Quick Feature Build - Property Management SaaS (Existing App)

Looking for a Full-Stack Developer to add a new feature to our live property management SaaS platform (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL). Must be comfortable working inside an existing production codebase. What you'll be doing Tenant/unit management dashboard - real-time views for unit status, tenant profiles, lease details, occupancy (connects to existing REST API + PostgreSQL) Rent payment tracking - statuses (paid/overdue/upcoming), basic reporting, CSV export Stripe integration for recurring rent payments + SendGrid for payment reminder emails Minor bug fixes/UI improvements (Tailwind CSS) alongside the feature Must fit existing JWT/OAuth2 auth and role-based access control (admin, property manager, tenant) Requirements: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Express/NestJS, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Stripe API, Tailwind CSS, JWT/OAuth2 & RBAC Nice to have: property management/real estate/B2B SaaS experience, SendGrid/Twilio Send examples of similar work (SaaS dashboards, Stripe integrations, RBAC systems, property management software) and your estimated timeline.
