Title: Full-Stack React + Supabase Dev — Harden & Scale a Restoration Industry SaaS Product About the Project: RestoCommand (restocommand.com) is a SaaS platform for restoration contractors who work with insurance TPAs (third- party administrators). It tracks compliance deadlines, SLA timers, scorecards, and generates documentation with AI. The MVP was built using Lovable (AI code generation) on React + TypeScript + Supabase + Tailwind CSS + Stripe. It works, but it needs a real developer to make it production- ready and build out API integrations. I'm the founder — I also own a restoration company, so I know the industry inside and out. I need a dev partner who can own the technical side. Phase 1 — Core Fixes ($3K–$5K, 2–3 weeks): - Fix auth flow (signup confirmation, login error handling, email verification) - Database schema cleanup and row-level security - Stripe checkout hardening (webhook reliability, plan management) - Error handling and loading states throughout the app - Mobile responsiveness fixes - 404 page and navigation consistency - Clean up Lovable-generated code (remove dead imports, consolidate duplicated components) Phase 2 — API Integrations ($8K–$15K, 4–6 weeks): - XactAnalysis REST API integration (Verisk) — pull assignments, push status notes, read estimate data - Symbility/Claims Connect REST API integration (Cotality) — real-time webhook listeners, bi-directional data sync - Auto-FNOL: parse incoming TPA emails into new jobs - Multi-tenant data isolation - Performance optimization for 100+ concurrent users Tech Stack: - Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Vite - Backend: Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Edge Functions/Deno) - Payments: Stripe (Checkout, Webhooks, Customer Portal) - AI: OpenAI API (GPT-4) via Edge Functions - Hosting: Lovable deployment (may migrate to Vercel/ Netlify) What I'm Looking For: - 3+ years shipping production React + Supabase apps - Experience cleaning up AI-generated codebases (Lovable, Cursor, v0, etc.) - Comfortable with REST API integrations and webhooks - Has built multi-tenant SaaS before (or understands RLS) - Clear communicator — weekly updates, honest timelines - Bonus: experience with insurance tech, property tech, or field service software Please include in your proposal: 1.
