Full-Time Automation Developer for E-commerce Brand (/n8n, Shopify, Google Shopping, APIs)

We run multiple fast-growing fashion e-commerce stores powered by Google Shopping. We're looking for a full-time developer (30–40 hrs/week, long-term) to build and maintain the automations and internal systems that keep our operation running hands-off. **What you'll build:** - **Order & fulfilment automation** — automatic order processing, supplier integrations, and tracking updates from purchase to delivery - **Customer service automation** — email/ticket flows, templates, and AI-assisted responses to cut manual support work - **Product feeds & listings** — Google Merchant Center feed management, automated product uploads, and price/stock updates across stores - **Reporting & finance** — dashboards for sales, payment provider exports, fee and dispute/chargeback tracking **Requirements:** - Proven experience with automation platforms (Make/Integromat, Zapier, or n8n) and custom scripts (Python or Node.js) - Experience with e-commerce APIs (Shopify or similar) and Google Merchant Center - Comfortable working with webhooks, REST APIs, and Google Sheets/Apps Script - Self-directed: you can take a rough process description and turn it into a reliable, documented system - Good written English and responsive communication **Nice to have:** - Experience with dropshipping operations or multi-store setups - Familiarity with payment processors and dispute/chargeback data - AI tooling experience (OpenAI/Claude APIs) for support automation **How we work:** Full-time, ongoing engagement.
