Laravel Developer Needed to Take Over and Complete a Directory-Based Web App MVP

I am looking for an experienced Laravel developer to audit, take over, and complete an existing profile-based directory and discovery platform. The application has been partially developed using Laravel, PHP, Blade, MySQL or MariaDB, JavaScript, Composer, Node.js, and GitHub. The first phase will involve installing and reviewing the existing codebase, identifying completed and incomplete functionality, evaluating code quality and security, and producing a written development plan. The MVP includes account registration, provider profiles, administrative approval, verification workflows, location and category search, image galleries, touring information, content moderation, city landing pages, email notifications, and responsive mobile-first design. All development must take place in a client-owned GitHub repository and client-controlled hosting environment. Code must be committed and pushed regularly.
