Logo Vectorization

I need my logo vectorized for scaling purposes. I also need an offset of the logo for stencils. The final output should be in SVG format, and I don't require any changes or enhancements to the existing design... (Budget: $10 - $30 USD, Jobs: SVG, Vector Design, Vector Tracing, Vectorization)
