Quickbase & SalesRabbit Integration Specialist for Lead Management System (ADT Authorized Dealer)

We currently use SalesRabbit as our field sales platform for door-to-door lead generation, prospect management, and sales activity tracking. We want Quickbase to serve as our central operations and reporting platform. We are seeking a professional who can design, build, test, and document a complete integration that allows SalesRabbit and Quickbase to communicate automatically and reliably. Scope of Work Lead Management Integration Connect SalesRabbit with Quickbase using APIs, webhooks, middleware, or custom integrations. Automatically transfer leads from SalesRabbit into Quickbase. Synchronize lead status updates between both systems. Prevent duplicate lead creation. Map all relevant lead fields between platforms. Sales Workflow Automation Create workflows for: New Leads Appointments Set Demo Completed Sale Closed Installation Scheduled Installation Completed Funded Accounts Chargebacks/Cancellations Data Synchronization Real-time or near real-time synchronization. Bi-directional updates where appropriate. Error handling and notification processes. Audit logs for tracking data changes. Dashboard & Reporting Build Quickbase dashboards displaying: Lead Volume Sales by Representative Conversion Rates Installation Metrics Funding Metrics Chargeback Tracking Sales Team Performance Documentation Provide complete documentation including: Integration architecture API setup instructions Workflow diagrams User guide Troubleshooting guide Deliverables Successful completion of this project should include: Fully functioning SalesRabbit ↔ Quickbase integration. Automated lead management workflows. Custom Quickbase dashboards and reporting. Data field mapping documentation. Testing and quality assurance validation. Training session for our management team. Final implementation documentation. Required Skills Advanced Quickbase Development SalesRabbit API Integration REST APIs Webhooks Zapier (preferred but not required) Make.com (preferred but not required) CRM Integration Experience Database Design Workflow Automation Reporting & Dashboard Development Preferred Experience Experience integrating SalesRabbit. Experience with ADT dealers, alarm companies, home services, or direct sales organizations. Experience building lead management systems. The system should provide accurate reporting, improve operational visibility, reduce administrative work, and create a scalable foundation for Home Integrity Solutions as we continue to grow.
