Senior AI/ML Architect & Full-Stack Engineer (Agentic AI, Claude, GHL, FFmpeg, Python & Node.js)

We are looking for a highly experienced AI/ML Architect and Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design and build a production-grade intelligent platform that combines Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Claude AI, video processing, CRM automation, financial systems, and scalable cloud infrastructure. This is a complex greenfield project requiring deep expertise in AI orchestration, distributed systems, backend architecture, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate should be capable of owning architecture decisions, implementation, deployment, and long-term scalability. Scope of Work: Design and implement a scalable microservices architecture. Build Agentic AI systems capable of planning, reasoning, memory management, tool usage, and autonomous task execution. Integrate Anthropic Claude for conversational AI, document processing, workflow automation, and decision support. Develop machine learning pipelines for prediction, classification, recommendation engines, and business intelligence. Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures with vector databases and long-term memory. Build multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies. Create AI orchestration layers that coordinate multiple models, APIs, tools, and workflows. Design secure API gateways, event-driven services, and asynchronous processing pipelines. Develop advanced video processing services using FFmpeg, including: Video transcoding Compression Clipping Watermarking Thumbnail generation HLS streaming Automated media workflows Integrate GoHighLevel (GHL) for: CRM synchronization Lead management Pipeline automation Appointment scheduling SMS and communication workflows Integrate Xero for: Invoice generation Customer synchronization Payment reconciliation Financial reporting Automated accounting workflows Build monitoring, logging, analytics, and operational dashboards. Design systems capable of handling high-volume workloads and future scaling requirements.
