Senior Data Engineer – Palantir Foundry (Europe-based only)

Job Description: We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with proven, hands-on experience in Palantir Foundry to join a 6+ month project with our client in Europe. This is a project-based engagement where you'll design, build, and maintain production-grade data pipelines and platforms that power analytics, operations, and data-driven decisions. What you'll be doing: - Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines in Palantir Foundry - Develop data models, transformations, and workflows within Foundry - Integrate data from APIs, databases, files, and event streams - Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all data products - Optimize pipeline performance and scalability - Translate business requirements into robust data solutions - Support analytics, reporting, and ML/AI use cases - Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams Must-Have: ✅ 5+ years as a Data Engineer ✅ Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience in production (this is non-negotiable) ✅ Strong Python & SQL skills ✅ Cloud data platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) ✅ Solid knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modeling, data warehousing ✅ Based in Europe ✅ Professional English Nice to Have: - Palantir Foundry certification - Analytics engineering / data product experience - CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code familiarity - Experience in regulated or enterprise environments Project Details: 📍 Remote (Europe-based candidates only) ⏳ Duration: 6+ months 🕐 Full-time engagement 🌍 Client locations: Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia To apply, please answer: "Describe your hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry in a production environment — what did you build and what was the scale?"
