# Build Pocket — Event Planning & Profitability SaaS Platform
## Overview
We are building **Pocket**, a web-based event planning, profitability, and operational intelligence platform for retreat organizers, event creators, travel operators, and experience businesses.
Pocket replaces complex spreadsheets with a structured application that allows users to:
* Build event packages
* Manage accommodations and inventory
* Track expenses
* Model pricing scenarios
* Analyze profitability
* Save planning snapshots

This is not a concept-stage project.
