Senior WooCommerce Developer Bilingual (AR/EN) E-Commerce Store, Qatar Market

About the project We're a Qatar-based digital agency building a premium direct-to-consumer online store for a client in the beauty & personal-care sector. We're looking for a reliable WooCommerce developer or small agency to deliver Phase 1 (store launch). For the right partner, Phase 2 (ERP integration) and Phase 3 (AI product assistant) will follow, this is the first of three phases. What you'll build (Phase 1) A custom WooCommerce store on a premium theme, tailored to the brand's identity Fully bilingual Arabic + English, RTL-first (Arabic is the primary language) Catalogue setup: ~500 products imported from Excel/CSV — categories, images, prices, stock, and attributes (e.g. skin/hair type, size/volume) Product variations and colour/shade swatches Secure checkout with cards + Apple Pay via a Qatar payment gateway (e.g. Tap, MyFatoorah, Skipcash or PayTabs), settling in QAR Customer accounts, order history, and order management Coupons/promotions and a customer-loyalty foundation Mobile-first, fast-loading, SEO-ready An admin error-log / activity view so technical issues are visible (type, source, severity, time) Clean handover: full source code, hosting and accounts in the client's name, plus clear documentation — no lock-in Must-have experience Proven WooCommerce / WordPress builds — please share live examples Bilingual / Arabic RTL sites (WPML or Polylang) GCC / Qatar payment gateway integration + Apple Pay Performance optimization and security best practices Clean, documented code and dependable post-launch support Nice to have Prior work for GCC / Qatar clients Experience with beauty/cosmetics or large product catalogues How we work We need a reliable partner who delivers on schedule and stays available after launch — communication and dependability matter as much as code quality. Working week: Sunday–Thursday; please be responsive during AST/GST hours. Timeline: Phase 1 delivered within approximately 4–5 weeks. On-time delivery is essential. Follow-on phases (for a strong performer) Phase 2 — ERP integration: connect the store to the client's Oracle ERP for automatic product/stock sync, and optionally push orders & invoices back to Oracle. Phase 3 — AI shopping assistant: an LLM-based assistant that recommends and guides customers (bilingual), with an admin dashboard to steer and constrain it.
