Website & JotForm Designer Needed for Boutique HR / Recruitment Startup

I’m located in Vancouver, BC and am currently launching a startup company focused within the HR, recruitment, talent, and travel space. I already have a lot of the branding, logos, design direction, written content, and forms created — I mainly need someone to help me bring everything together professionally and get things fully functional. What I’m looking for help with: Basic website setup and design Creating functional pages and navigation Uploading branding and logos throughout the site Building fillable JotForms from forms I’ve already created Creating signable forms/documents Branded letterheads and document formatting Helping connect everything so it looks polished, cohesive, and professional The overall style is modern, elevated, boutique, clean, and professional — not overly corporate. This is a startup company, so I’m ideally looking for someone reasonably priced, organized, creative, responsive, and potentially available for ongoing support as the business grows.
